It now possible to find the latest news, podcasts and updates about DBU's two most important national teams, the men's and women's national team, instantly at the the brilliant site fordanmark.dk
For many, the Internet has become an unmanageable tangle of information, news and updates, but Danish Football Association now makes up for it. It has now become possible to find everything from news to exciting – and exclusive – podcasts, on what you might call Denmark's new football portal, fordanmark.dk. It's expanding, as we have observed, quietly, so that the joy of expectation can then be felt in the body when times go on. There is great potential in the new portal.
Wishlist: More continuity in the publishing of podcasts
If you have to dive into one special part of the new football portal for the men's and women's national team, we hit the podcast ‘Landsholdslejren’, where both men and women are examined. Now the podcast is probably called ‘National Team Camp’, but you might wish for a little more continuity in these podcasts. For example, that one knew that every Friday - or at least once a month - one could get an update on the entire molivit, rather than just when the national teams were assembled. There should then be enough stuff to make features about…
Steaming hot and energetic graphic UX – to start with
The portal has a nice, graphic entrance. If you have to be annoyed about one thing, it is that you have not completed the graphic part throughout the entire sitemap for the portal. You lose a little energy when you land on DBU's 'normal' graphic setup, when you were suddenly inside something a little more fresh and intense on the portal's interface. But it is always nice to have something to work with in the future.
Meet the legends
Also legends, can meet on the new national team portal. With a dynamic approach to the database of players, a new player comes up every time you refresh the page or visit again. Maybe you could have wished for a short presentation of the players in a journalistic form - and maybe even a short video, for example an interview via Zoom or Skype. As it is at present, you enter a page with a single image and statistical material on the player in question - and then the pot is out. And again, these would mean that you have to spend for these processes. But all cosmetic ‘flaws’, which can be corrected and improved in the long run
Check out web TV or subscribe to podcasts
At the bottom of each page you get a potpourri of what DBU ?s TV channel offers, which can definitely be worth a look, too. You will find Denmark's new football portal for the DBU national teams at fordanmark.dk and it is even possible to subscribe to the podcast 'Landsholdslejren' here or via iTunes or Spotify so you never miss a new release.
